As artificial flowers are produced using different materials and finishes, subtle variations in texture, flexibility, surface finish, or material feel may occur between bouquet styles. These variations are a natural part of artificial floral design and do not affect overall quality or durability.

Please note:

• Website images are styled and photographed under controlled lighting and angles and are intended as a visual reference only, not an exact one-to-one replica.

• As each bouquet is individually handmade, variations in flower placement, quantities, and individual flower finishes may occur.

• Descriptions referring to flower types (e.g. roses, peonies, greenery) describe the style and floral mix, not an exact flower count.

• Smaller accent or filler flowers are used to support the overall structure and may appear different when viewed up close, but present naturally once styled and viewed as a whole.

• If certain small accent or filler flowers are temporarily unavailable, they may be substituted with similar florals of comparable style, colour, and size to maintain the overall look of the bouquet.

• Bouquets may shift slightly during transit and may require gentle reshaping or fluffing upon arrival.

When Your Bouquet Arrives

During shipping, some light shaping adjustments may be needed. A gentle fluffing and reshaping will help restore your bouquet to its full beauty.

It is normal for the occasional flower head or leaf to loosen in transit. These can be easily re-attached by hand or secured with a small amount of clear craft glue if needed.

As each bouquet is individually handmade, you may notice minor traces of glue at connection points. This is a normal part of the crafting process and does not affect durability or overall appearance.
