Flower Hamptons is operated and located in Melbourne, Australia.
Where your item is made and delivered?
All Silk Floral Products will be made and designed overseas- Our professional florist designers/ partners are based in Asia
Why your product prices are lower than other Artificial Online Flower Shops?
To be able to provide a competitive price to all our customer. We try our best to minimise the cost of packaging,
shipping and all sort of marketing material added to the final Product Price.
Here is why we can offer a better/ affordable price for you:
Ship and made directly from our overseas designer based in Asia.
The final product will be handmade and directly shipped by our Asian based professional designers and team to you
– without the additional cost of importing them to Australia and re-packing it to you.
So, we can cut down the selling price as less as possible. Because of that –
we can price our products by 20-30% less compared to the other shops.
Without Expensive Branding, Packaging
With that being said. 15-25% cost of the retail price is from Expensive Branding and Packaging Material
in most of the other shops in the same industry
We use Environmentally Friendly Recycling Packaging

Are your product good quality and look realistic?
Definitely! Our products are affordable with price but no way cheap quality.
We only use the best material and designers for assembling our bouquets.
All our products have been tested through our quality control team to make sure it is above the standard to premium quality before being shipped!

Yes, we ship to more than 70+ countries globally.
Why couldn’t I find my country in the checkout?
We are sorry! it will be because of your shipping country is not available at the moment from our shop.

Do you do a custom order?
Yes, we do! Our romantic range is the best if you are looking for flower bouquets package.

Do you do fresh flower too?
We only sell long-lasting flower, as we believe flowers can stand the test of time will be the best for us to sell in our store.
How do you calculate the delivery fee?
We offer a Flat rate shipping fee for all order: it starts from AU$14.95 for most of the countries to AU$29.9
– The more item you purchase per order, the more you will save and beneficial by our flat-rate delivery arrangement.
How long is the processing time?
All our flower items are made by order, it takes approximately 5-8 days to be made and ready to ship.
You will receive our email as soon as it is ready to be shipped.
How long is the shipping time?
We use EMS Express Mail service to deliver all our orders all across the Globe.
The shipping time is between 1-3 weeks,

Do you have a faster shipping option?
We do have a faster shipping option such as DHL. However, the shipping time and the carrier we use will depend on the countries of delivery.

What if I didn’t receive my order after 3weeks from the moment of getting the shipment notification?
No worries – slight delays in shipment may occur due to current global pandemic –
there are only limited freights operating each day.
Furthermore. for instance, upcoming or current holidays that are not working days of post and delivery services.
Moreover, keep in mind that it might take a considerable time for the customs of your country to check your package.

Can I return an item if it does not suit or if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of the items and the fact they are used only for a one-day event, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
All artificial flowers bouquets are custom & handmade by order for you. Thus, there is no cancellation or refund can be accepted and issued after a purchase is made.
*Please note that a ‘cancelled wedding’ falls under the ‘change of mind’ category, hence, any flowers cannot be returned.
Can I get a refund?

What if the product arrived broken?
If you find the receiving item is broken *, please take pictures of the product as a proof and send it to info@elegantbouquets.com.au
along with your order number within 5 days from the day the item has been delivered.
We will only arrange an exchange if the product you received is
not the one you have ordered, please contact us – we will organise an exchange.
Items can be exchanged such as wrong size (between small and large)
which does not apply to:
Ribbons colour, as the original colour will apply if the ones you choose are out of stock.
The measurement error between 1-2cm to the item description is normal due to these are handmade products also the limitations of the human eyes.
* Item damage does not include whether flower heads/ leaves come off nor shape deformed as it is a natural thing during a long shipping journey
