1. Economy Shipping: $15 flat rate for orders under $150.

Free Economy Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free economy shipping.

Handmade in 5–10 business days + Delivery in 30–35 business days.

Arrives in about 6–7 weeks.

2. Express Shipping (DHL):, calculated at checkout.

Handmade in 5–10 business days + Delivery in 5–8 business days.

Arrives in about 2–3 weeks.

 Tip: The more items you purchase per order, the more you save thanks to our flat-rate delivery.

All our flower items are made by order, it takes approximately 5-10 days to be made and ready to ship.

You will receive our email as soon as it is ready to be shipped.

Australia – Express Shipping (DHL) – Handmade in 5–10 business days Delivery in 5–8 business days –  Arrives in about 2–3 weeks – perfect for urgent

Economic Shipping – Use for free shipping and flat rate shipping takes approximately 4 -6  weeks ( in most cases it will only take around 28 -35 days) to be delivered)

Other Countries – EMS Express Mail – We use EMS Express Mail service to deliver all our orders all across the Globe.

We do have a faster shipping option such as DHL. However, the shipping time and the carrier we use will depend on the countries of delivery.

Due to the nature of the items and the fact they are used only for a one-day event, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

All artificial flowers bouquets are custom & handmade by order for you. Thus, there is no cancellation or refund can be accepted and issued after a purchase is made.

*Please note that a ‘cancelled wedding’ falls under the ‘change of mind’ category, hence, any flowers cannot be returned.

If you find the receiving item is broken *, please take pictures of the product as a proof and send it to admin@chloeflowerwalls.com.au

along with your order number within 5 days from the day the item has been delivered.

We will only arrange an exchange if the product you received is

not the one you have ordered, please contact us – we will organise an exchange.
Items can be exchanged such as wrong size (between small and large)

which does not apply to:

Ribbons colour, as the original colour will apply if the ones you choose are out of stock.

The measurement error between 1-2cm to the item description is normal due to these are handmade products also the limitations of the human eyes.

* Item damage does not include whether flower heads/ leaves come off nor shape deformed as it is a natural thing during a long shipping journey
