Exchange & Refund

Due to the nature of the items and the fact they are used only for a one-day event, we are unable to offer a return or exchange. All artificial flowers bouquets are custom & handmade by order for you. Thus, there is no cancellation or refund can be accepted and issued after a purchase is made.

*Please note that a ‘cancelled wedding’  falls under the ‘change of mind’ category and any flowers cannot be returned.

If you find the receiving item is broken *, please take pictures of the product as a proof and send it to info@elegantbouquets.com.au along with your order number within 5 days from the day the item has been delivered.

We will only arrange an exchange if the product you received is

  • not the one you ordered, please contact us – we will organise an exchange.
    Items can be exchanged such as wrong size (between small and large)

which does not apply to:

  1. Ribbons colour, as the original colour will apply if the ones you choose are out of stock.
  2. The measurement error between 1-2cm to the item description is normal due to these are handmade products also the limitations of the human eyes.

 

Slight delays in shipment may occur due to current global pandemic, furthermore.
For instance, upcoming or current holidays that are not working days of post and delivery services. Moreover, keep in mind that it might take a considerable time for the customs of your country to check your package. *Please ensure your address is accurate. If an item shows it has been delivered- We are sorry, we are not responsible for a missing item.

* Item damage does not include whether flower heads/ leaves come off nor shape deformed as it is a natural thing during a long shipping journey if those do happen, it can easily fix, for more information “About our products” section
