Depending on the shipping option selected, orders are either dispatched directly from our overseas production team or from our Melbourne dispatch location after preparation and handling.

Please note that some economy shipping methods may have limited or delayed tracking updates while the parcel is in transit.

1. Express Shipping (Air) – Fastest

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (handmade to order)
  • Delivery time: 2 – 3 weeks after dispatch
  • Estimated total delivery time: approximately 2–3 weeks

Fastest option – ideal for urgent or last-minute weddings.


2. Express Shipping (Air) – Second Fastest

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (handmade to order)
  • Delivery time: 10–15 business days after dispatch
  • Estimated total delivery time: approximately 3–5 weeks

A faster option than economy shipping, with a moderate delivery timeframe.


3. Free Economy Shipping – Slowest (Sea Freight)

  • Available for eligible orders
  • Processing time: 5–12 business days (handmade to order)
  • Delivery time: 30–35 business days after dispatch
  • Estimated total delivery time: 35–47 business days (approximately 7–9.5 weeks, excluding public holidays and potential delays)

This is our most budget-friendly shipping option and is transported by sea, therefore requiring a longer delivery timeframe and additional buffer.

Ideal for customers planning well in advance.


Important:

  • If your wedding date is less than 3 months away, Express Shipping must be selected.
  • Economy Shipping requires sufficient buffer time due to longer transit and potential delays from customs, logistics, or public holidays.

For Free Economy Shipping orders, tracking information or shipping updates may be limited or delayed during transit and may only begin updating once the parcel reaches the local courier network.

For Express Shipping orders, tracking information or shipping updates are usually provided approximately 2–3 weeks after dispatch, depending on the order size and processing time required.

If you would prefer faster delivery and more consistent tracking updates, we recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout.

Delivery time after dispatch: 30–35 business days
Estimated total delivery timeframe: approximately 9–10 weeks (excluding public holidays and potential delays)

This is our most budget-friendly shipping option and is transported by sea, therefore requiring a longer delivery timeframe and additional buffer time.

Ideal for customers planning ahead and looking for a budget-friendly option.

Recommended for weddings or events that are approximately 3–4 months away.

      Express Shipping (Air) is recommended.
    • More than 3 months away:
      You may choose Free Economy Shipping (Sea Freight).
    • Free Economy Shipping requires a recommended lead time of approximately 3–4 months before your wedding or event date.
    • Orders placed with insufficient delivery timeframe may be subject to delays outside of our control.

    While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, logistics disruptions, peak seasons, weather conditions, or public holidays.

    For Free Economy Shipping in particular, additional delays may occur as parcels are transported via sea freight and may be subject to extended transit and processing times.

    Please also note that customs inspections may cause further delays which are outside of our control.

    If your order has not arrived within 7 days after the estimated delivery timeframe, or if you are experiencing issues with tracking, please contact us at admin@chloeflowerwalls.com.au and we will assist you as soon as possible.


    Important Notice

    • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
    • Once tracking confirms the parcel has been successfully delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for lost, stolen, or missing parcels after delivery.

Due to the nature of our products and their use for special events and weddings, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind purchases.

All artificial flower bouquets are custom-made and handmade to order. For this reason, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

Please note that postponed or cancelled weddings/events are considered a change of mind and do not qualify for a return or refund.

If you experience an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will review the matter accordingly.

All artificial flower bouquets are custom-made and handmade to order specifically for each customer.

For this reason, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds are generally not accepted once an order has been placed.

Please note that slight variations in flower placement, styling, colour tones, and materials may occur due to the handmade nature of our products, photography lighting, and screen display settings. These variations are considered normal and do not qualify for a refund or return.

Postponed or cancelled weddings/events are considered a change of mind and do not qualify for a refund.

If you experience an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will do our best to assist you.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please take clear photos of the product as proof and email them to admin@chloeflowerwalls.com.au along with your order number within 5 days of delivery.

We may offer an exchange if:

  • The item received is incorrect
  • The wrong bouquet size was received (for example, Small instead of Large)

Please note that exchanges or refunds do not apply to:

  • Ribbon colour variations if the selected ribbon colour is unavailable and a similar matching ribbon is used
  • Minor measurement differences of approximately 1–2cm due to the handmade nature of the products
  • Slight variations in flower placement, styling, colour tones, or materials
  • Minor reshaping required after transit

Please also note that minor movement, flattening, or slight deformation of flower heads, petals, or leaves may naturally occur during shipping and can usually be gently reshaped upon arrival. This does not qualify as product damage.
