Exchange & Refund

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and the fact they are primarily used for one-day weddings and special events, we are generally unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind purchases.

All artificial flower bouquets are custom-made and handmade to order specifically for each customer. For this reason, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds are generally not accepted once an order has been placed.

Please note that postponed or cancelled weddings/events are considered a change of mind and do not qualify for a return or refund.


Damaged, Incorrect, Or Exchange Requests

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please take clear photos of the product as proof and email them to admin@chloeflowerwalls.com.au along with your order number within 5 days of delivery.

We may offer an exchange if:

  • The item received is incorrect
  • The wrong bouquet size was received (for example, Small instead of Large)

Please note that exchanges or refunds do not apply to:

  • Ribbon colour variations if the selected ribbon colour is unavailable and a similar matching ribbon is used
  • Minor measurement differences of approximately 1–2cm due to the handmade nature of the products
  • Slight variations in flower placement, styling, colour tones, or materials
  • Minor reshaping required after transit

Please also note that minor movement, flattening, or slight deformation of flower heads, petals, or leaves may naturally occur during shipping and can usually be gently reshaped upon arrival. This does not qualify as product damage.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, logistics disruptions, weather conditions, peak periods, public holidays, or courier delays outside of our control.

Free Economy Shipping may require additional transit and processing time due to sea freight transportation methods.

If your order is significantly delayed or you are experiencing issues with tracking updates, please contact admin@chloeflowerwalls.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for delays, delivery issues, or missing parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Once tracking confirms the parcel has been successfully delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for lost, stolen, or missing parcels after delivery.
